Services & Coordination We Provide

CASSP helps families obtain the emotional and/or behavioral services their children need by facilitating and offering channels of communication with providers, agencies, schools, and other social service systems.

We facilitate Cross-Systems meetings that identify the child’s strengths, needs and service options.

CASSP helps develop a plan which meets the child’s needs.

Provides follow-up contact to make sure the service plan is implemented and working.
